I am having trouble entering data using the tracker capture app. the system keeps on loading for along time and doesn’t give lists of already entered patients.
Hello, Eumery, Thank you for raising this issue, you can solve this by following the steps below:\
- Go to the Apps Menu and click on the Browser Cache Cleaner App
- Select all and Clear all
